Frozen dragon fruits are imported from raw materials that ensure food safety, have clear origins and have certificates of origin from the growing areas. Dragon fruit is harvested mainly in Binh Thuan and Tien Giang provinces, with main seasons being June, July, August, September, and October and short-term supply in the remaining months.
Use the IQF freezing method to ensure the flavor, color and nutritional composition of dragon fruit is preserved. The preservation process ensures absolutely no use of chemicals and food additives.
Dragon fruit is rich in antioxidants, such as flavonoids, betacyanin and phenolic acids. These natural compounds help protect the body's cells from damage by free radicals – molecules that can lead to premature aging and diseases such as cancer.
